Acceptance of Quote
Acceptance of the quote (verbal, written, or electronic) Emergency work approval via Verbal must be followed by a text message or email stating Emergency Work including 24/7 make safe constitutes acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
Quote Validity
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
Scope of Works
Works will be carried out as described in the quote. Any variations or additional works requested will be quoted and charged separately.
Payment Terms
Payment is due within 7 days from the invoice date. All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST. The Contractor reserves the right to suspend works if payment is overdue.
Late Payments
Overdue invoices may incur late payment fees, interest, and any associated debt recovery costs as permitted by law.
Access to Site
The Client must provide safe and reasonable access to the site, including access to utilities if required. Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.
Materials and Workmanship
Materials supplied are subject to manufacturer warranties. Workmanship is covered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. The Contractor is not responsible for hidden or pre-existing defects.
Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may include a call-out or cancellation fee. Materials already ordered will be charged.
Liability
The Contractor holds appropriate public liability insurance. Liability is limited to the value of works completed to the extent permitted by law.Disputes
Any disputes must be raised within 7 days of completion of works or invoice issue.
Governing Law
Any quote and associated works are governed by the laws of Australia/Queensland.
